Who we are. AMLScore (amlscore.com.au) is an AML/CTF compliance health-check tool for Australian businesses.

What we collect. Your email address; optionally your business name, sector, and team size; and your answers to the self-assessment. We also log when you sign up, verify, complete an assessment, or express interest in a paid plan.

How we use it. To email you a verification link and your assessment report, and to operate and improve the service. If you've opted in, we may also send you practical AML compliance tips and product updates — you can opt out any time by emailing [email protected].

Who processes it. We use Mailgun (email delivery), DigitalOcean (hosting, Sydney region), and Sentry (error monitoring). We don't sell your data, and your assessment answers are never shared.

Retention & access. We keep your data while your account is active. Email us to access, correct, or delete your data and we'll action it promptly.
